Retro Rides Terms and conditions.
1. In this agreement, RR refers exclusively to Retro Rides
2. The client refers to any individual or company hiring the services of RR
3. Bookings can be made by phone or email. Phone calls and emails and are only answered between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Emails and voicemail messages/ missed calls outside these hours will be read at 7am the next business day.
4. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for RR 1957 Chevrolet’s. Anything under the above times will incur last minute rates, and these bookings should be made by phone.
5. Wedding cancellations will incur a 50% of booking price fee, within 4 weeks of the booked wedding date. All other cancellations or changes 48 hours or under, before pickup time will also be charged 50% of the quoted price.
6. No shows are charged at 100% as if the job had been completed.
7. In the event that RR is required to change from the quotation, for example but not limited to: waiting, changing route,excess luggage, over and above what has been allowed for in the quotation, the client will be billed for any changes and extras at the appropriate rate.
8. Phone Bookings can be taken between 7-00am to 7-00pm Monday to Saturday.
9. Payments can be made via Direct deposit, Cheque/Money order or cash. All payment are to be made in full prior to journey.
10. RR vehiclesa will always be of a high standard of cleanliness at all times, subject to weather conditions, and provided with professional, experienced drivers to make your experience is awesome.
11. RR will accept no responsibility for lateness caused by the client or passengers.
12. RR will be on time all the time. RR will contact clients well before pickups, if any delays are to occurr. Unexpected delays that RR will not take resposibility for may include but not limited to: storms, flooding, accidents, terrorist attacks or Brisbane’s fantastic traffic delays.
13. The client is responsible to ensure all passengers are aware of these conditions, and is also responsible for any damage to the exterior, interior, and or contents of the vehicle. RR vehicles are of a very rare and irreplcable nature, due care must be taken by the client and passengers whilst enjoying the cars. All damages by client or respective passengers will be held liable.
14. RR reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with an equivalent vehicle.
15. RR Drivers are under strict instructions to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel (including but not limited to, unruly behaviour,intoxicated persons and mess made/soiling or damage of car) The minimum cost to sanitize the interior of a vehicle is $500.00, depending on the extent of the damage, plus any work the vehicle is unable to attend. The client is liable for all these charges. All damages caused by clients to the vehicles will be liable for all costs of repairs.
16. RR shall not be held responsible to any person or persons, company or syndicate for injuries or death and are absolved from all liability.
17. RR may terminate this agreement or make changes at any time for any reason. Written, verbal or electronic notification of any changes will be provided should any changes be made or termination occur.
18. The client agrees that all clauses in this agreement are enforced at the sole discretion of RR, and that these decisions are final and not subject to any precedent set by RR.
19. The client agrees to pay all invoices and charges for all fees, legal costs, court costs, and other expenses involved in the collection of such charges without question.
20. All booking fees are non refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
By using and paying for the services of RR, the client acknowledges and understands the above and agrees to abide by RR's terms and conditions fully.
